  • How do I book if I am traveling with children?

    For bookings with children, please contact your preferred hotel directly by phone or e-mail.

  • At what times can I have breakfast?

    Mon – Fri: 06:00 – 10:00 Sat, Sun, public holidays: 07:00 – 11:00.

  • How is an H24 room equipped?

    All H24 rooms are equipped with comfortable mattresses for maximum sleeping comfort, flat screen TV, free WLAN, air conditioning (different), bathroom with shower/WC and mobile workstation and armchair/chair.

  • Is there a hairdryer in the room?

    Yes, all H24 bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer.

  • Is there a telephone in the rooms?

    Yes, there are telephones in the rooms of the H24 hotels which you can use to reach reception at any time. Calls within the German landline network are free of charge for you.

  • Is there a minibar in the rooms?

    No, there is no minibar in the hotel rooms. However, you will find a wide range of drinks and snacks in our H24 Lounge.

  • Are there also barrier-free rooms? How can I book these?

    All our hotels have accessible rooms. Please contact the hotel by telephone.

  • Are dogs welcome?

    Yes, please indicate when booking that you would like to bring your dog with you. We charge 10,- Euro per pet and night.

  • How can I book with H24 Hotels?

    You can book your desired H24 hotel via h24hotels.com or by calling the hotel directly. You can also book conveniently on the go with your smartphone via our mobile portal.

  • How do I make a guaranteed booking?

    To make a guaranteed booking, you will need a credit card or you can pay for your room online via PayPal. You can book conveniently via our booking portal www.h24hotels.com or by calling the hotel in question.

  • How can I make group reservations?

    For group reservations you can send a request via our contact form or you can contact the respective house directly by e-mail.

  • How many rooms can I book at once on h24hotels.com?

    You can book up to 5 rooms at a time online at h24hotels.com.

  • Is my booking on h24hotels.com secure?

    Yes, your booking is secure – especially your credit card information and other personal data. We ensure this via a secure https server, all booking information is SSL encrypted and takes place in a secure environment.

  • Can parking spaces be reserved?

    No, parking spaces cannot be reserved. However, this is not necessary at the H24 Hotels as we have plenty of parking spaces.

Check-in / Check-out

  • How long is reception open?

    This depends on the hotel – most H24 hotels offer a 24-hour reception, in all other H24 hotels the reception is staffed at least from 6:00 – 15:00. Outside of these hours, you can check in conveniently via our check-in terminal.

  • How do the check-in terminals work?

    All you need for the check-in terminal is a credit card or EC card accepted by us and a booking number from us, or your surname.

  • When can I check in on the day of arrival?

    You can check in from 15:00 on the day of arrival.

  • By what time do I have to check out on the day of departure?

    You have until 11:00 am on the day of departure to check out.

  • When do I pay for my stay?

    With us you pay on arrival/check-in.

  • Will my credit card be charged automatically when I book online?

    No, the credit card will be checked and serves as a guarantee for your booking. The overnight stay will then be paid on arrival at the hotel.

  • When do I need a credit card to make a booking?

    To make a guaranteed booking, you will need a credit card (via h24hotels.com as well as by telephone).

  • Which credit cards can I use to pay at the hotel?

    H24 accepts all EC cards, Visa & Master Card. Of course you can also pay cash at check-in.

  • What is the best price guarantee?

    The H24 hotels offer the best price guarantee via h24hotels.com. This means that we guarantee that you will not be able to book your H24 hotel at a lower price on any other website. So h24hotels.com is always guaranteed to be your best choice for booking one of our hotels.

  • What rates does H24 offer?

    H24 Hotels consistently offers you the best rates on h24hotels.com. Similar to an airline, our rates depend on a variety of factors such as occupancy, market demand, prices, events & trade fairs in the area as well as the occupancy rate of competitors, etc.

  • How much extra do I pay for a second person in the room?

    For a second person we charge a small surcharge of 10 euros per night.

  • How much does parking cost at H24 Hotels?

    There is no standard price for parking services. In some cases, parking is free of charge. You can find information on this on the respective hotel information page on h24hotels.com.

  • How much does breakfast cost at H24 Hotels?

    The price for our basic breakfast buffet depends on the hotel, but is no more expensive than 12 euros.

  • How much does the overnight stay for children cost?

    Children who sleep in their parents’ bed stay free of charge. The breakfast buffet is charged. For specific family rates, please contact the hotel directly.

  • Can I book on h24hotels.com without a credit card?

    Yes, you can easily make non-guaranteed bookings without a credit card. However, your room will then only be kept free for you until 18:00 on the day of arrival and will then go back on sale. If you already know today that you will be arriving after 18:00, please enter your credit card as a guarantee when making your booking. Your card will not be charged. On arrival/check-in you can choose your payment method.

Changes / Cancellations

  • How can I change my booking?

    Canceling an existing reservation can be done through the link in your reservation confirmation. For other changes, please contact the respective hotel.

  • What are the cancellation conditions?

    Non-guaranteed reservations expire after 18:00 on the day of arrival. Reservations guaranteed by credit card cannot be canceled. In the event of a no-show, we will charge 100% of the invoice amount.
